Parents’ Night Out: Fall Fiesta
Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! Please join us at a Parents Night Out event to mingle with your fellow IA parents and ask any outstanding questions before the kids head back to school.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
5:00pm: Q&A Session for new parents (and parents with questions)
5:30pm: Dinner Buffet Opens and School Tours will begin
7:00pm: Closing statements from the Ms. Micah and IAPA President
WHAT ELSE IS HAPPENING?
School Uniform Swap: clean, gently used uniforms will be available in all sizes for parents to take home at the price of a donation to the Teacher Appreciation Fund. We will also have a special promo code to order new uniforms from our uniform company.
Fall Fundraising: We will have kids polos, nap mats, backpacks, and lunch totes that will be monogrammed on site! Take your new pieces home that evening and feel prepared for the school year.
Student Health & Wellness: Clinic Concierge will be on site to assist with all student health forms and scheduling wellness check-ups needed to start the year!
Last year, we had almost every parent in attendance - that’s over 200 people!

September Meeting & Trivia Night
Open to all Incarnation Academy Parents!
Join us for our first IAPA meeting of the school year and our tradition of Trivia Night hosted by the church clergy.
Teams are grouped by the table, so grab a group of IA Parent friends and join us for the fun! Our tables can accommodate teams of 8 people. Dinner and prizes will be provided. This party has historically been BYOB, so plan a fun cocktail with your team!

Muffins with Mom
Open to all Incarnation Academy Parents and Students!
Celebrate Mother’s Day with craft coffee, mom-osas, breakfast, balloons, and fun photo booth!
MORNING SCHEDULE:
8:30-9:30am breakfast and photos with the kids
9:30-10:00am moms stay in the Great Hall for coffee, mimosas, and a special meeting of Mom to Mom

Teacher Appreciation Week
We are so excited to celebrate our teachers after a long year of their endless love and care of our children. Incarnation Academy is such a special place, so join us as we roll out the red carpet for our teachers!
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Monday 5/5- Thanks A Bunch Lunch (catered by IAPA)
Tuesday 5/6- Thanks for Picking the Best Teachers: students bring a single flower to make a class bouquet (one per teacher), vases will be provided by IAPA.
Wednesday 5/7- Thanks a Brunch Potluck (carpool potluck signup)
Thursday 5/8- Basket of Thanks (coordinated by room parents)
Friday 5/9- ‘Thanks a Latte’ Coffee Bar & Chair Massages in New Teacher Lounge (courtesy of IAPA)!
How can you help? What are the options?
Teacher Bonus Fund
Teachers will receive their Spring Bonuses on Friday during the luncheon. All contributions to the Teacher Bonus Fund will go directly to assist with their end-of-year bonus from the Incarnation Academy Parents Association. Click below and contribute here in $25 increments under the ‘Teacher Appreciation Fund’ section.
Basket-of-Thanks
This basket is just an inexpensive ($8 per teacher, per class) token of appreciation that Room Parents will coordinate within their classrooms, so each class will have a different goal in mind. Some classrooms are using their Basket of Thanks as a cute way to present their End-of-Year Gift, but this choice is up to your individual Room Parents to coordinate!
End-of-Year Teacher Gifts
Room parents will coordinate with their classrooms on teacher gifts. You can choose to contribute as a group or gift to your teacher individually. This is not associated with IAPA Teacher Appreciation Fund, it is just a personal gesture to show your teachers your own appreciation.

Open to all Incarnation Academy PreK-4 Parents and Students!
$40 gets your child admission to their Class Party at Down To Play (6464 E. Northwest Hwy) with their peers. Siblings can be added for a small fee.
Snacks and drinks provided by IAPA!
